With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a speaker, educator and residential mortgage consultant, CC is returning to where it all began. Her most recent experience with Fannie Mae has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the residential mortgage market nationwide. It’s time to get back to the heart of mortgage banking – helping people make the dream of homeownership a reality. Therefore she has returned to Austin and joined Presidential Mortgage.

Previously, CC was a Technology Consultant for Fannie Mae's E-business Unit. She was responsible for creating business process improvement strategies with customers utilizing Fannie Mae technology. Her most recent role with Fannie Mae was creating marketing strategies to promote new strategic initiatives and products designed for companies assisting customers with blemished credit.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, she was product development manager for Argo Data Resources, where she was responsible for the development of customized mortgage origination solutions. CC has experience in the mortgage industry encompassing roles in operations, sales management, training, product development, and consulting.

Throughout her career she has been a public speaker for housing industry audiences on various topics like industry trends, relocation, employer assisted housing programs, utilization of technology, process improvements, change management and products designed to expand homeownership. CC’s most recent speaking engagements have included California Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and the Texas Association of Realtors.

CC has a degree in Education from the University of Texas, Austin and she recently received the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2005, she served on the Board as Education Director for the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association.  Currently CC is serving on board of the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association.  She also help found AustinAMP, a networking opportunity for mortgage professionals in Austin.  www.AustinAMP.com
